This e-marketing was supplied to you in association with sureshot and Corpdata Limited. As the repository of your business details and the provider of commerce services, sureshot and Corpdata Limited are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in accordance with the law. This Policy explains how we obtained your business contact information by telephone and confirmed the details by fax.
sureshot and Corpdata Limited endeavour to only provide your email address for advertising we believe will be of interest to you and beneficial to your business. If you would like to stop receiving e-marketing through sureshot and Corpdata Limited simply email stop@corpdata.co.uk and your business email address will be placed on our Global Suppression Register with immediate effect.
The information we collect
In compliance with all legislation concerning business information (including the Data Protection
Act, The E-Commerce Directive and Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communication), your
business information was obtained in the following manner. A member of the Corpdata Limited
call centre staff conducted a tele-research interview with a member of staff at your company,
during which they obtained your business email address. The details of this would also have been faxed to your company for verification. This process
is repeated on a six-monthly basis.
How we protect your information
The Internet is not a secure medium. However sureshot and
Corpdata Limited take security issues very seriously and
abide by strict internal standards. We have in place appropriate technical and
organisational measures against the accidental, unauthorised or unlawful processing,
destruction, loss, damage to or disclosure of data and adequate security programmes
and procedures to ensure that unauthorised persons do not have access to data or to
any equipment used to process this data.
Updating your details
If any of the information that you have provided to Corpdata
Limited, for example if your business email address or company address
has changed, please send an email with the changes to us at
updates@corpdata.co.uk.
